  • 200 g galetes Maria
  • 100 g de mantega
  • 100 g sucre
  • 50 g cacau en pols
  • 1 cullerada sopera de cacau en pols 1 cullerada sopera de sucre glas
  • 200 g biscuits 100 g butter 100 g sugar 50 g powdered cocoa 2-4 tbsp milk (room temperature) 1 tbsp powdered cocoa 1 tbsp icing sugar
  • 2 more until the mixture gets consistent but moldable). Place the mixture in the center of a parchment paper. Roll up the "salami" in the parchment paper and twist the ends to seal. Refrigerate until firm (2 to 3 h; even better overnight). When firm, remove the parchment paper and roll the "salami" over the mixture of 1 tbsp powdered cocoa and 1 tbsp icing sugar. And it's ready to be sliced and served!
